**Location & Access:** The Orchard Lake Boat Launch is located at 4060 Orchard Lake Road on the east side of the lake, just north of Pontiac Trail in Orchard Lake Village, Oakland County. **Important:** You can only enter the ramp from the south side of Orchard Lake Road. This is a state-owned and operated facility.
**Facilities & Practical Information:** This is a developed public boat ramp providing access to Orchard Lake. The site offers trailer parking, though spaces are limited—once the lot reaches capacity, additional launches are not permitted until boats are removed from the water. Kayakers and canoeists launching small craft should have good access, while larger boats should plan accordingly during peak times.
**Planning Your Visit:** Arrive early during busy seasons to ensure parking availability. The site is open to various paddling craft and motorboats. Call ahead or check with Michigan DNR if you need current conditions, hours, or specific facility details.
