Osprey Hall at South Shore Lake Bastrop Park

Osprey Hall provides convenient water access to Piney Creek and Lake Bastrop in Bastrop County. The site features a boat ramp with an adjacent dock, making it straightforward for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters to launch. Paddlers can bring their own equipment or rent kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards through the park office. Bank access is also available for hand-launching smaller craft.

The park offers solid amenities for a full day or overnight visit, including camping with full hookup RV sites, picnic areas, and the reservable Osprey Hall facility with air conditioning and kitchen access. Separate bathrooms with showers are available throughout the park, including facilities near the boat ramp area.
