About This Access Site
Ossawinnamakee Lake is a 711-acre water body in Crow Wing County offering public boat access via a concrete ramp located 4 miles north and east of Breezy Point on County Road 11, then 1 mile north on County Road 39. The facility includes one concrete launch ramp, 10 vehicle/trailer parking spaces, one dock, and a toilet facility. With a maximum depth of 63 feet, the lake supports a variety of watercraft including kayaks, canoes, motorboats, pontoons, and sailboats.

The lake is popular with both anglers and paddlers. A public fishing pier is available at the lake's easternmost point, and the water consistently produces largemouth bass and walleye, along with bluegill and black crappie. The lake's size and depth make it suitable for recreational paddling and boating throughout the year, with ice fishing available during winter months. This is a straightforward access point for day trips in Minnesota's central lakes region.
