The Ozette Ranger Station provides boat ramp access to scenic Ozette Lake in Clallam County, located along the Hoko-Ozette Road (accessible via Highways 112, 113, and 101). This is one of two launch points on the lake, situated on the northeastern shore near the ranger station facility. The ramp serves kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats looking to explore this beautiful backcountry lake in the Olympic Peninsula region.
The ranger station operates intermittently during summer months and closes during winter, so plan your visit accordingly. While the facility itself does not offer reservations and lacks ADA accessibility, it provides parking, restrooms, and informational brochures. The nearby Ozette Campground offers overnight accommodations for paddlers. Note that the ranger station can be contacted at (360) 963-2725 for current conditions and seasonal closures before your trip.
