Located 10 miles north of Spearman near the town of Spearman in the Texas Panhandle, this boat ramp provides access to Palo Duro Reservoir on Horse Creek, a tributary of the North Canadian River. To reach the north entrance, take Highway 15 north from Spearman and turn onto FM 3214, which crosses the dam to the access area. The park charges a $2.00 per person entry fee plus an additional $2.00 for boat ramp use.
