Ample parking is available at this southern trailhead, with additional parking available at the northern end on St. in Lisbon Falls. The site is maintained by the town of Lisbon.

This access point provides convenient entry to the Sabattus River, a scenic paddling route that flows through the Lisbon area. Paddlers can access the river directly from the boat ramp here and explore the waterway, which runs parallel to the popular Papermill Trail (a 3.97-mile multi-use trail).
