Pelican Lake Access -Artus Road

**Location & Access:** This boat ramp is located on the east side of Pelican Lake at the intersection of Highway 45 and Manitowoc Street in Oneida County, Wisconsin. The site features a steep concrete ramp and pull-through parking accommodating vehicles with trailers. Note that while parking areas are accessible, the route to the boarding dock is not ADA accessible. A launch fee applies (historically $2.00, though current rates should be verified).

**Paddling Conditions & Facilities:** The launch area is designated as a no-wake zone. Paddlers launching here will access a popular recreational lake with multiple access points visible on interactive maps. The site includes picnic areas and amenities typical of developed launches. The steep ramp may require extra caution when loading/unloading kayaks and canoes, particularly during low water conditions. Before launching, check local wind conditions and water levels, as these can significantly impact paddling safety on larger lakes.
