The Pelican Lake West access site is a public boat launch located in the Kabetogama State Forest area near Orr in St. Louis County. To reach the ramp, head north on County Road 11 and turn right onto North Drive, following signs to the public access area. The site features a well-maintained boat ramp suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats, with ample free parking available.

This access point provides convenient entry to Pelican Lake, a popular destination for fishing and paddling. The facility includes accessible amenities such as pull-in and pull-through parking areas that can accommodate vehicles with wheelchair accessibility, picnic shelters, accessible picnic tables, and fire rings.
