Pelican Point is a 36-acre public access site offering the only boat ramp and dock access to the Missouri River in this area of northeast Nebraska. The facility is located near Burt County and provides a convenient put-in/take-out point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. To reach the access, take Old Jamestown Road to Sioux Passage County Park and follow the road through the park to the river access area.
