Pennsylvania Power and Light

The PP&L access site in Bangor offers free public access to the Delaware River with a gently sloping sand and gravel boat ramp, parking, and trash disposal facilities. The site is closed at night and operated by Pennsylvania Power and Light Company. Camping is available by permit only.
