About This Access Site
The Pine River boat ramp in Ossipee provides free public access to a medium-sized river that flows toward Ossipee Lake, located about one mile north of the launch site. The ramp is easily accessible from Route 25, approximately 0.4 miles east of the Route 16 intersection. This facility offers multiple launch options including a trailered boat ramp, dedicated kayak/canoe access, and a dock—making it suitable for various watercraft and paddlers of different skill levels.

The Pine River in this section features a moderate gradient of 3.9 feet per mile with an average flow of 367 cubic feet per second, making it a manageable stream for recreational paddling and boating.
