Pipeline Road provides boat ramp access to Little Elkhart Creek in Houston County Lake, located approximately 10 miles northwest of Crockett, Texas. This access point serves paddlers and boaters looking to explore the 1,330-acre reservoir, which offers a maximum depth of 40 feet. The site is situated in the Trinity River drainage system, making it a convenient launch point for kayakers and canoeists interested in the area's waterways.

To reach Pipeline Road from Crockett, take FM 229 approximately 9 miles west and look for the boat ramp on the north side of the dam.
