Pisgah Bay Campground

Located in Cambridge Shores along Kentucky Lake (Tennessee River), this boat ramp provides access to a scenic impoundment in western Kentucky. The ramp is situated on a gravel road (KY 111A) approximately 2 miles from the nearest paved road. Pisgah Bay Campground offers lakeside camping directly near the launch, though sites lack shade and experience boat traffic during peak hours. The facility is part of the broader recreation area that includes Green Turtle Bay Marina and proximity to Clarks River National Wildlife Refuge.

For paddlers and boaters, expect a quiet bay environment ideal for kayaking and canoeing. If you prefer more secluded camping with potentially better views and airflow, sites further into the campground offer wooded locations with longer walks to the water. This is a primitive access point best suited for those comfortable with gravel roads and basic facilities.
