Pleasure Point

**Location & Access:**
Pleasure Point is conveniently located just off Louisiana Highway 191 in Sabine Parish. Turn onto Pleasure Point Road between the 5 and 6 mile markers west of Zwolle. This is a designated public boat ramp providing direct access to Toledo Bend Reservoir, one of the largest reservoirs in the region.

**Facilities & Conditions:**
The ramp has approximately 30 vehicle parking spaces available. Note that the lowest usable water level is 161 msl, so water conditions during drought periods may limit access. Paddlers should verify current water levels before making the trip, especially during dry seasons. The site offers basic boat launch capability suitable for kayaks, canoes, and larger vessels accessing the expansive reservoir waters.

**Tips for Visitors:**
Use only the designated boat ramp at this site. Check water level conditions in advance, as Toledo Bend can experience significant seasonal fluctuations. The reservoir offers varied paddling opportunities, from sheltered coves to more open water, making it suitable for different skill levels depending on conditions and location.
