About This Access Site
Located in Kellogg along the Mississippi River in Pool 4, this public boat ramp provides access to one of the Upper Mississippi River Valley's most popular paddling areas. The site is part of Riecks Lake Park and offers a convenient launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and small to mid-sized motorboats. There are no launch fees to use this access point.

Pool 4 of the Mississippi River is a scenic, manageable section for paddlers of varying skill levels. The calm, pooled waters are ideal for kayaking and canoeing, with nearby recreation areas including Pool 5 between Minnesota City and Winona.
