About This Access Site
Province Lake's public boat ramp in Wakefield provides convenient access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The facility features a dedicated launch area with trailer parking available 24 hours at no charge. Handicap-accessible amenities include a restroom (seasonal), dock, and pier. Note that personal watercraft (jet skis) are prohibited, and speed restrictions apply in many areas of the lake, making it suitable for paddlers seeking quieter water.

To help maintain this community resource, the Triangle Fairfield Civic Club (TFCC) requests a $25 annual donation from regular users. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 70, East Wakefield, NH 03830, or donations can be made via Venmo. For more information about regulations, water conditions, and fishing opportunities (the lake contains lake trout and salmon), contact the New Hampshire Fish & Game Department at 603-271-3511. The ramp is located on Route 25 east, off Route 16 in Center Ossipee.
