Puposky Lake is a 2,177-acre lake in Beltrami County, Minnesota, offering excellent paddling and boating opportunities. The public boat ramp is located on the northwestern side of the lake and accommodates boats up to 18 feet (larger vessels may be possible at this launch). The lake has a maximum depth of 20 feet, making it suitable for various water activities including kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and swimming.
In addition to the main boat ramp on the northwestern shore, there is a carry-in access area on the southeastern side of the lake, which is convenient for kayakers and canoeists launching smaller craft. There are no launch fees at this public access point. Paddlers should check current conditions and access status via the Minnesota DNR Lake Finder before visiting.
