About This Access Site
This boat ramp is located at the Pymatuning Campground in Andover, situated on the northern section of Pymatuning Reservoir, Ohio's largest inland lake at 14,000 acres. The ramp is integrated into the campground facilities and provides convenient access to this popular recreation destination. A 10-horsepower motor limit is in effect on the water. The ramp is well-used by both campers and day-use visitors, and the campground offers full-service amenities including lakefront campsites with full hookups and cabin rentals (reservations recommended, especially in summer).

For paddlers and boaters, note that this is one of five boat-launch ramps around the lake, offering flexibility if this location is congested. The campground location is at 7514 Pymatuning Lake Road, with the park office at 6100 Pymatuning Lake Road, Andover, OH 44003; (440) 293-6030. Boat rental concessions are available around the lake if you don't have your own watercraft. Given the lake's size and popularity, arrive early during peak season for better parking and ramp access.
