Quesnel Park

Crow Butte Park (also known as Quesnel Park) is a recreation area managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as part of the John Day Lock and Dam project on Lake Umatilla, a reservoir section of the Columbia River in Morrow County, Oregon. This access point provides a boat ramp for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats onto the impounded waters of the Columbia River.
