Ralph Cox Memorial Access, located just east of Galena in Stone County, provides excellent public access to the James River for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters. The site features a concrete ADA-accessible boat ramp, a large parking lot, and facilities including a privy. This is a day-use-only area with no camping permitted.
