Rick Johnson Park in Watertown offers a convenient public boat ramp on the Crow River for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats. The access point is located at Veterans Memorial Park behind the American Legion and accommodates both trailer launches and carry-in access. The ramp can handle boats up to 12-18 feet, making it suitable for recreational paddling and fishing trips.

Continue for 1 mile and turn left onto American Legion Way—the ramp entrance is 0.2 miles ahead on the left. As a public water access point, the ramp is open 24 hours a day unless otherwise posted.
