Riddle Bridge Access

**Location & Facilities**
Riddle Bridge Access is located off Highway Y in Saint Robert, Pulaski County, providing convenient boat launch access to the Gasconade River. The site features a concrete boat ramp, parking area, and a privy. This is a straightforward access point suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats looking to launch onto the river.

**Paddling Considerations**
This section of the Gasconade offers scenic float trips, with notable features including Spring on the left at the base of bluffs, Yellow Bluffs, and ultimately the scenic Portuguese Point area (approximately 1-2 miles downstream) where the river divides. The area is popular with anglers and floaters alike. Water conditions can vary seasonally—spring typically offers better water levels for paddling. Keep in mind that algae can be present in the river, particularly during warmer months. Paddlers heading downstream can reach Highway 17 bridge at the confluence with Roubidoux Creek, which has cold spring-fed water.
