Located near Rattan in Pushmataha County, this Oklahoma Wildlife Department-managed access point provides a primitive boat ramp for launching onto Lake Ozzie Cobb. The lake covers 58 surface acres with approximately 3.1 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 22 feet, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. The shallow water is characterized by cattails, rushes, water lilies, and willow vegetation, which provide good habitat but may require navigation care in some areas.
This spot is popular with anglers targeting bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. Paddlers should expect a quiet, shallow lake environment ideal for leisurely exploration and fishing. Primitive camping facilities are available on-site, and the ramp access is located approximately half a mile east of Rattan on State Highway 3, then 3 miles northeast on Cloudy Road and 1 mile north on N4295 Road. As a primitive facility managed by ODWC, amenities are basic—come prepared with your own supplies and expect rustic conditions.
