The Rock Springs boat ramp provides easy access to the Savannah River and Lake Hartwell for kayakers, canoeists, and boaters. Located in Hart County, Georgia, the ramp is situated on Reed Creek, just a short drive from the town of Hartwell.

The Savannah River in this area is a large, navigable waterway that forms the backbone of Lake Hartwell, a popular reservoir managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
