The facility features a concrete approach ramp with sandy sides suitable for kayak and canoe landings, with an access length of less than 50 yards. A pit toilet is available on-site.

**Boating Information:** Reid Lake is closed to boating from October 20 through December 31. A South Dakota park entrance license is required to use this access point. The concrete ramp and sandy landing areas make it accessible for both motorized and non-motorized watercraft, including kayaks and canoes.
