Salmon Harbor - East Basin is a well-developed boat ramp facility located in Winchester Bay on the Oregon Coast, accessible via Highway 101 in Douglas County. The site features two launch ramps and serves as the primary access point for Winchester Bay, a scenic coastal waterway. The harbor offers 550 moorage slips and full marina services, including a fuel dock with non-ethanol premium fuel at the west end launch. This makes it an excellent departure point for kayakers and boaters heading into Winchester Bay and surrounding coastal waters.
