About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Sapp Landing is located on the Suwannee River near Trenton in Gilchrist County, about 0.5 miles downstream from Otter Springs Run on the south side of the river. To reach the ramp, head south from the park entrance along SW 80th Avenue, then continue west approximately 1.25 miles on SW 70th Street (a dirt road) to the boat ramp entrance on the south side of this county-owned facility.

**Facilities & Services:** This public access point offers a boat ramp, floating dock, and parking. It serves as a convenient launch for exploring the upper Suwannee River and is well-positioned within a network of landings—Hinton Landing is about 2.4 miles downstream, and Suwannee Marina is roughly 3.7 miles away. The clear, flowing waters of this section make it suitable for kayaking and canoeing.

**Planning Tips:** Contact Florida Fish and Wildlife at 386-758-0525 for current conditions and any access updates. The dirt road approach means conditions may vary seasonally. This landing provides good access to the scenic upper Suwannee River with multiple downstream landing options for multi-day trips.
