**Location & Access:** Sappington Bridge Access is located at mile 83.2 of the Meramec River near Bourbon in Crawford County, Missouri. From Sullivan, take Route D south, then turn east on Sappington Bridge Road to reach the river. The access features a small gravel ramp suitable for launching canoes and kayaks.

**What to Expect:** This is a fair-quality access point for paddlers, though there is no formal boat ramp. The gravel launch provides adequate access for canoes and kayaks. The Meramec River at this location offers scenic paddling with nearby features including Greens Creek (0.8 miles upstream) and Hamilton Creek (2.1 miles downstream). Meramec State Park's main boat ramp is located approximately 2 miles downstream if you need a larger facility. This access is best suited for paddlers comfortable with modest launch conditions and is popular with both day-trippers and those planning longer multi-day floats.
