**Location & Access:** Sauers Lake is located 7 miles south of Detroit Lakes on Minnesota US Route 59 in Becker County. The public boat ramp provides convenient access via bidirectional entry from the highway. The site is handicap accessible and includes amenities such as passenger vehicle parking, restrooms, and a picnic area.

**Lake Characteristics & Boating:** Sauers Lake is a 193-acre lake with a maximum depth of 39 feet, offering a calm, scenic setting suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and small motorboats. Most standard boat launches can accommodate 12-18 foot boats, though capacity may vary. There are no launch fees. The lake is surrounded by natural greenery and is part of the Detroit Lakes area, making it an accessible option for paddlers seeking a tranquil paddling experience close to town.
