Schroeder Park offers convenient river access to the Rogue River on the outskirts of Grants Pass, with a dedicated boat ramp, large parking area, and vault toilets. The 24-acre park includes an ADA fishing platform and is well-suited for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters launching day trips on this scenic waterway. A $5 day-use fee applies, and the park is open from sunrise to sunset.

Beyond the boat ramp, Schroeder Park provides additional amenities including picnic areas, a playground, dog park, and hiking trails through natural river wetland—making it a good option for families or those wanting to combine paddling with other recreation. The park's location near Grants Pass also puts you close to the Wild & Scenic Rogue River corridor upstream, popular for both recreational paddling and fishing.
