**Overview:** Seapit Landing is a town-managed boat ramp located in East Falmouth on Seapit Road, providing access to Waquoit Bay. This is a free public launch facility with a paved ramp and parking lot, making it a convenient starting point for exploring one of Cape Cod's premier salt water paddling destinations.
**What to Expect:** The paved parking area is small and tends to fill quickly during peak season—arrive early if possible, and note that no parking is permitted on nearby streets. The ramp itself is short with a marked drop-off but includes a float/dock for easier launching. The immediate launch area is a No Wake zone that extends into Great River and partway into Waquoit Bay until you reach the main channel, so throttle down when departing. The parking lot is open but unsecured at night, and overnight parking is prohibited between 2:00 and 4:00 AM.
**Paddling Opportunity:** Seapit Landing offers access to an expansive Waquoit Bay watershed and surrounding waters—excellent for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. The Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve encompasses open waters, barrier beaches, marshlands, and uplands, providing diverse paddling routes with good saltwater fisheries including stripers and bluefish.
