About This Access Site

Sheep Gulch is a whitewater take-out access point on the Snake River in Lincoln County, Wyoming. This site serves paddlers who are completing whitewater runs on the Snake River and need a convenient exit point. As a take-out location, it is primarily designed for kayakers and canoeists finishing their downstream paddling adventures rather than for launching new trips. The site provides access to the Snake River in a remote area of western Wyoming.
