Silver Lake

Silver Lake is a 71-acre lake in Otter Tail County offering public boat access via a concrete launch ramp. The lake has a maximum depth of 47 feet, making it suitable for both motorized and non-motorized watercraft including kayaks and canoes. The access site features a boat dock and ramp located at Silver Lake State Park in Frazee.

The launch area includes parking, flush toilet facilities, and nearby camping options with full amenities (electric, running water, and showers) for extended visits. Note that as this is part of a private lake community, boaters should obtain a current Silver Lake Homes Association boat sticker at the clubhouse for free before launching. This is a well-developed access point with good infrastructure for day trips or longer outings.
