**Location & Amenities**
Silver Lake State Park offers a developed public boat launch in Henderson, Sibley County, with a concrete ramp suitable for both motorized and non-motorized watercraft. The access area includes parking, flush restrooms, and a nearby dock. Improved camping facilities with electric hookups, running water, and showers are available for extended visits.

**Lake Character & Access**
Silver Lake is a 71-acre water body with a maximum depth of 47 feet, making it suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating. The concrete launch ramp to the right of the boat dock provides straightforward water access. Note that this is part of a residential community—visitors should obtain a current Silver Lake Homes Association boat sticker (available free at the clubhouse) and may need keyed gate access to reach the launch area.
