Silver Lake

**Location & Facilities**
Silver Lake State Park in Merrifield, Crow Wing County offers a developed public boat launch with a concrete ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The site includes a boat dock, parking lot, and public restrooms (flush toilets). Improved camping with electric hookups, running water, and showers is available on-site for those planning extended visits.

**Lake Overview & Boating**
Silver Lake is a 71-acre water body with a maximum depth of 47 feet, offering good access for recreational boating and paddling. Both motorized and non-motorized watercraft are welcome. Note that this is a managed lake community—boaters should obtain a current Silver Lake Homes Association boat sticker (available free at the clubhouse) for lake access. The launch area is straightforward and well-maintained for quick water entry.
