Sims Landing is a government-owned boat ramp providing access to the Suwannee River in north-central Florida near Branford. Located on the north side of the river off Sims Landing Road (accessible from CR 251 near Mayo), this facility offers a convenient put-in for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters exploring the upper Suwannee and nearby waterways. The ramp is maintained for general public use and serves as a good launching point for multi-day paddling trips or day outings on Florida's scenic Suwannee River system.

The site includes a boat ramp and sandy launch area suitable for hand launches, with parking available on-site. Visitors should note that a state park fee applies.
