About This Access Site
This MDNR-operated boat launch provides a developed access point to Sixmile Lake, a roughly 100-acre water body located a few miles west of Felch in Dickinson County's Metropolitan area. The site features a concrete boat ramp accessible via gravel road and can accommodate all trailerable watercraft, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats alike.

The access site includes convenient amenities for day trips and longer outings: a large parking area, trailer parking, and restrooms. This is a designated water trail trailhead and serves as one of several public access points on the lake.
