Sixteen Lake is a scenic 43-acre lake located near Conway in Mount Vernon, Skagit County, offering public access via a concrete boat ramp and gravel parking lot. The launch is situated off Lake 16 Road (approximately 0.75 miles from Highway 534), making it easily accessible from I-5 Exit 221. The site includes restroom facilities, making it convenient for day trips and recreational outings.
This calm-water destination is well-suited for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats. The lake is regularly stocked with rainbow trout and supports populations of cutthroat trout, making it popular with anglers. The season runs from the last Saturday in April through October 31st.
