About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Snyder Access is located west of Minburn in Dallas County on the south side of County Road F31. The site is easily accessible via Highway 169 from Adel or Highway 44—head north on 169 and turn left on F51 to reach the access point. A paved boat ramp is available directly across from the access area, making this a convenient launch spot for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats.

**What to Expect:** This access point serves paddlers exploring the North Raccoon River and offers straightforward boat launching facilities. The surrounding area includes the North Raccoon River Wildlife Area, with timber-lined banks and sandpits that support local wildlife. Paddlers should be aware this is a working wildlife management area with both public hunting zones and refuge areas nearby, so visiting outside hunting seasons is recommended for a more peaceful experience.
