Southside

The Southside Boat Ramp provides access to Fish Lake from a primitive gravel launch on the south end of the lake near Conconully. This small, no-frills access point includes basic parking and is suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats. Water access is available year-round, though paddlers should be aware that Fish Lake's water levels fluctuate significantly with the seasons, which may impact launch conditions during summer months.

This area is part of the broader Okanogan recreation region, with nearby access to Conconully Reservoir and Spectacle Lake offering additional paddling opportunities. Before launching, check current boating regulations with local authorities, as motorized boating restrictions may apply. A Vehicle Access Pass (available with many hunting and fishing licenses) or Discover Pass may be required for access to WDFW lands in this area.
