Spillway Bay - Back is a boat ramp located on Lake McConaughy near Ogallala in Keith County, Nebraska. The ramp is operational when lake elevation exceeds the end-of-ramp elevation by at least 3-4 feet; boaters should check current conditions before planning a launch, as water levels fluctuate seasonally.

This access site is one of several ramps around McConaughy Lake available for evening and night boating (after 9 p.m.), along with Spillway Bay, Lemoyne, and Cedar View. Access typically remains available until ice forms in the bays around mid to late December.
