Spillway Ramp - South

**Access Details**
Located at the southeast section of Lake D'Arbonne near the dam off North Spillway Road in Union Parish, this is a well-maintained public boat launch featuring a multi-lane concrete ramp approximately 30 feet wide. The facility includes a dock and gravel parking area, making it convenient for launching kayaks, canoes, and larger boats.

**Practical Information**
This ramp provides excellent access to Lake D'Arbonne and is one of the main launching points on the lake's south side. Please note that no fishing is permitted within 50 feet of the ramp, and access is restricted from sunset to sunrise except for loading/unloading boats and accessing parked vehicles. No overnight camping or fires are allowed at the facility.

The ramp's location provides convenient access to the D'Arbonne National Wildlife Refuge and Louisiana Wetland Management District lands to the north, offering paddlers opportunities to explore protected natural areas. This southeastern location serves as a good base for exploring the larger lake system.
