Spring Valley Reservoir near Troy, Idaho offers a developed boat ramp for paddlers and boaters seeking access to this scenic mountain water body. The ramp provides reliable launch facilities for kayaks, canoes, and other non-motorized and electric watercraft, as gas motors are prohibited on the reservoir. The facility is well-maintained and surrounded by rolling hills and forested shoreline, making it an attractive destination for a peaceful paddling experience.
The site includes excellent amenities to enhance your visit: a swimming beach, maintained trail around the reservoir, fishing docks and platforms for shoreline access, picnic tables, benches, and a picnic shelter. The reservoir is heavily stocked with trout in spring and fall, drawing both anglers and recreational paddlers.
