St. Feriole Slough is a public boat ramp located in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, providing access to the Mississippi River at Pool 9. The site is one of six boat landings in the Prairie du Chien area, making it a convenient launch point for exploring the Upper Mississippi River Valley between Genoa and Lynxville.

The Mississippi River at this location is a major waterway with significant flow—averaging over 685,000 cubic feet per second with velocities around 11 feet per second. Paddlers and boaters should be prepared for a large, powerful river with moderate current and substantial barge traffic. Pool 9 offers access to extensive backwater areas, sloughs, and sandbars suitable for fishing, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.
