Stagecoach State Park offers a convenient boat ramp for accessing the 820-acre Stagecoach Reservoir. This reservoir is divided into wakeless and non-wakeless boating areas, providing a range of options for paddlers and motor boaters. The north boat ramp, located near the marina, is one of two public boat ramps on the reservoir.
The reservoir offers excellent fishing and scenic surroundings, with the Emerald Mountain recreation area nearby for additional hiking and outdoor activities. Paddlers can take advantage of the calm waters in Harding and Morrison coves, as well as the large no-wake zone on the western half of the reservoir. Boat, paddleboard, and kayak rentals are available at the Stagecoach Marina Store. Nearby Meadows Campground provides a convenient option for overnight stays.
Whether you're looking to fish, paddle, or simply enjoy the scenic mountain setting, the Stagecoach State Park boat ramp provides easy access to the reservoir. Be sure to check the reservoir's regulations and safety guidelines before launching your watercraft.
