About This Access Site
The Sullivan Lake East access is a Minnesota DNR-owned concrete boat ramp located on the east shore of Sullivan Lake near Hillman in Morrison County. To reach the site, take County Road 271 to Sullivan Lake Drive. This is one of two public access points on the lake, with the west side offering an alternative launching location.

Sullivan Lake is a 1,103-acre lake suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and recreational boating. The concrete ramp can accommodate boats up to 12-18 feet, and there is no launch fee for this access site. The lake offers moderate water quality with average summer visibility of about 7 feet. This is a good choice for paddlers seeking a moderately-sized lake in central Minnesota with established public access infrastructure.
