**Important Note:** This boat ramp is currently **not functional** due to water level changes from a recent U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project. Check current conditions before planning your trip.

**Location & Access:** The ramp is located in Monongahela, Allegheny County, PA. From the intersection of PA-481, PA-88/837, and 1st Street in Monongahela, take PA-837 South for 1.3 miles, then turn left on Nelston Street. The site includes parking and is somewhat obscured by trees.

**River Conditions:** The Monongahela River is a large, powerful waterway (Stream Order 7) with an average flow of 13,199 cubic feet per second and average velocity of 4.09 feet/second. The river has a gentle 1.2 ft/mile gradient over its 130-mile length, making it generally suitable for recreational boating, though paddlers should respect the substantial current and water volume. Before launching, verify current conditions at this access point and consider nearby alternatives such as Lake Arthur Nealy's Point or Allegheny River Deer Creek launch.
