About This Access Site
The Taylor Lake boat ramp provides access to the scenic Taylor Lake in Watersmeet, Michigan. The single-lane ramp can accommodate smaller and medium-sized watercraft like kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. The parking area is gravel and sand, with space for about 25 vehicles with trailers.

While there is no courtesy dock at this site, the ramp itself is accessible for launching. Anglers will find a healthy population of bass, carp, and lake trout in the lake. Paddlers and boaters should note that this is a day-use only facility, with fees of $5 per day or $30 for an annual pass that covers multiple recreation sites in the area.
