About This Access Site
Located along the scenic St. Croix River in Taylors Falls, Minnesota, this access site offers convenient launching options for paddlers and motorized boaters. The facility features both a canoe access point and a boat ramp with approximately 50 trailer parking spaces, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and larger watercraft. The site includes amenities such as restrooms, picnic tables, grills, and pavilions, along with a walking trail that connects to the North Lions Park.

The St. Croix River in this area is a popular destination for paddling and fishing. However, paddlers should note that special water surface use regulations are enforced between the Taylors Falls Dam and the Arcola-Osceola landing downstream. Before launching, check current conditions and any seasonal closures, as the North Lions Club landing (also in the area) has experienced ice damage in past seasons. For the most current information about regulations, hours of operation, and facility status, contact Minnesota Interstate Park at (651) 465-5711 or visit the National Park Service St. Croix National Scenic Riverway website at www.nps.gov/sacn.
