About This Access Site
Taylors Ferry is a well-developed access point on Fort Gibson Lake (formed by damming the Neosho River) located just off Highway 51 near Wagoner, Oklahoma. The site features boat ramps, ample parking, and day-use facilities including picnic areas and a rock pier. The nearby Taylor Ferry South Campground offers 85 campsites with electric hookups plus primitive sites, along with showers, dump stations, and additional amenities operated by the Army Corps of Engineers. Local marinas and supply stores nearby make this a convenient base for extended trips.

The Neosho River is a major waterway (Stream Order 8) with a large drainage area of 12,464 square miles and average flows around 10,500 cubic feet per second, making it capable of handling various watercraft.
